Having recently been a vendor in a real estate transaction, my empathy with my clients has been renewed and my belief in the four P’s of real estate have been confirmed:
The property must be properly Presented to meet the market being targeting.
The Price must be set in the correct price range to draw the buyers in.
The Publicity should be tailored for the market to achieve value for money.
The Person presenting the property must be passionate about the property and only work for the seller.
